Refund or Exchange
Policy
• Digital X Systems are ensuring product quality and thus,
will not accept return or exchange on the following items:
• Hard drives, CPU, Printer, Monitor,
CD-ROM/RW, DVD-ROM/RW Media, Ink Cartridge and all consumable goods.
• And specify items, please ask our sales rep for details
• All items return or exchange have to be in original packing
with all original contents in the box, i.e., manual, CD-ROM Drive,
Cable etc. along with the original invoice and in a resalable conditions
within seven (7) days from the date of purchase. ' Computer
System Warranty Policy
• Digital X Systems will only provide warranty on items with
original invoice. Failure to provide proof of purchase will result
in not getting covered by the warranty.
• Please refer to General Warranty Policies for all Hardware
parts warranty.
• Digital X Systems will not provide any technical support
and warranty on all software.
• Labour service charge applies for any software related issue
.

General Warranty Policy
• Digital X Systems will only provide warranty on items with
original invoice. Failure to provide proof of purchase will result
in not getting covered by warranty.
• Digital X Systems reserves the right for the acceptance of
any expired RMA returns. A $45.00 Fee will be applied to NSF cheques.
• ALL shipments must be prepaid, collect shipment will be refused,
and no exceptions will be made.
• Service charges of $35.00 will apply for item(s) returned
that is "No Fault Found".
• Warranty coverage periods for all items are different, i.e.,
No Warranty, 30 Days, 90 Days or One Year. Please see warranty period
on original invoice or check with the manufacture web site.
• Warranty & Support for all printers (including Ink-Jet,
and all in one and Laser printers) is responsible by the manufacturer.
• It is the responsibility for the customer to pay both way
shipping on Out of Warranty item(s)
• Digital X Systems is not responsible for damages due to loss
of any programs, data, or removable storage media. You are responsible
for backing up any programs or data on removable storage media.
• For Computer system warranties, please refer to "System
Warranty Policy."
• For all D.O.A. (Dead on Arrivals) products, please refer to
"DOA Merchandise."
• No "Cross Shipments" will be made.
• The warranty does not cover the product if it is damaged by
abuse, accident, misuse, electric shock, improper installation, shipping
or improper testing.
• Digital X Systems is not responsible to provide any replacement
or temporary parts for customer system during the warranty period.
• For any items have been self modified, over-clocked or Fan
changed to cause any defective will void the manufacturer warranty.
• For all hardware service or repairs, Digital X Systems will
not be responsible for any data loss or hardware broken during service
or repairs. I would like an RMA Form. |

DOA (Dead on Arrival) Merchandise
• DOA (Dead on Arrival) product(s) must be reported to the
Digital X Systems within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.
• All DOA product(s) reported after seven (7) days will follow
the General Warranty Policy. Factory Mail-in Rebate Policy
• All rebates are between customer and manufacturer. Digital
X Systems assumes no liability or guaranty of payment of third party
rebates.
• Use of any rebates here is limited to the terms and conditions
as determined by the manufacturer.
• If you have questions or concerns on these terms and conditions,
please contact the manufacturer for assistance. Monitor
Warranty Services
• Most LCD Monitor Manufactures will only provide warranty
on LCD with more than eight (8) dead pixels or more show on screen.
